Driving Directions:

From Winston-Salem: Take I-40 East towards Greensboro. Take High Point Road exit 217. Turn right off exit ramp onto High Point Road. Cross over Holden Road (approx. 1/8 mile) and turn right onto Boulevard Way. Make immediate left onto Boulevard Street. Follow Boulevard Street around to the right, and Woodland Place is on your right.

From Burlington: Take I-40 West towards Greensboro. Take High Point Road/ Koury Boulevard exit 217 and stay right on exit ramp. Take left off of exit ramp onto High Point Road. Cross over Holden Road (approx. 1/8 mile) and turn right onto Boulevard Way. Make immediate left onto Boulevard Street. Follow Boulevard Street around to the right, and Woodland Place is on your right.
